Last weekend, Tate and I road with my brother, sister-in-law and my mom to visit and help my grandparents on the farm. Mamaw has been in the antique business for at least 30 years and decided to start cleaning out their Morton Building, aka the Mary Mart. Most of my house is decorated with goodies from the Mary Mart. With all of the cleaning, they decided to have a barn sale. Tate and I, thankfully, had kitchen duty because it was cold, windy, rainy and yucky! There was even a trace of snow! I made a big pot of chili. We watched the KU/ Iowa State game on the giant TV in HD. It was touch and go for a while, but the 'hawks pulled out another win!
During the game, I attempted to do a mini-photo shoot with Tate for another cloth diaper photo contest. We got another awesome utility diaper (original post) from Bamboo Bums. The first, I won as a part of their Facebook contest. For this one, I received 2- $10 Bum bucks for tweeting during her September Birthday Bash. Here are a couple shots:
Attempting to get him to sign touchdown or to "wave the wheat" and instead, I got here's my belly button!
On Sunday, we went down the road to Granny Mae's pumpkin patch. (I did a search and found they have a website.) It was pretty chilly, but we had fun. My sister-in-law, Amy, was so excited because they had s'mores for 25 cents! She and Mamaw had one while Tate and I rode the train. Not sure if that was Amy's favorite part the candy shoppe! Tate loved the train and was a chatterbox the entire ride. I am hoping it is warmer this weekend so we can go back with Michael and check out more. Mr. No-Nap decided to fall asleep right before we got there and was a little slow waking up.

I love that you all always keep so busy and that I have such a warm spot in my heart for KS!!!
