| Tate getting fitted in his car seat. |
Tate reminded me last week that when he turns 4 he can ride in a booster seat. He will turn 4 on August 18. I was really hoping to put it off, but he seemed pretty excited about it. According to the range and Britax's "Fit My Child" guide, Tate should be able to use his Marathon for a little longer without any problems. I also read their "Booster Seat Basics" and I will need to keep a close eye on a few details, especially the shoulder harnesses. Now I need to check the car seat he uses in Michael's patrol car and truck to make sure he is still okay in them. I'm going to try to hold him off a little longer, at least in my car; however, based on his comments about needing a booster seat, he may not be willing to wait until he outgrows his car seat. I guess if he is meant to have one early, he will win the Britax Frontier giveaway from Happily Domestic! :)
Even if he doesn't, Britax will my choice for an "upgrade."

Wow, I can't believe how big Tate is already. My 10 year old daughter is only 44 inches tall and 51 pounds! lol Of course she is TINY for her age. We don't even have her in any type of booster now just because of her age. Good luck in the giveaway, thanks for blogging.
