On Saturday, Michael finished installing our rain barrel just before it started raining!
It cost us less than $20 to make. Since I took the picture, Michael has also secured it to the garage so it shouldn't fall on the boys. I can't believe how much water it catches! I think we are going to need another one on the house.
We have had a lot of rain lately- YAY- and some beautiful sunsets.
I took this Sunday evening with my phone and it is unedited, yet it still doesn't do the original much justice! It was casting such a yellowish glow in the house, Tate had to get out of be to see what was going on.
This was last night after a huge hailstorm hit the east side of town. We barely even had any rain at our house. Seeing all the
photos and damage, we were really lucky!
