Day 44: Astro Boy
It snowed Sunday night and Tate insisted Mayer needed snow boots. The only pair I had for him was a size 6, we are lucky if a size 4 doesn't fall off! Oh well, they got some enjoyment out of it.
Also from Day 44, introducing Kennedy. I have been teaching her swimming lessons almost every Monday night for the past 3 years. She is a spitfire and definitely keeps me on my toes! When we started, she could barely swim the width of a 4 lane pool (about 10 yards) without a floatation trainer (aka bubble). Now she's swimming laps... when she isn't talking.
Day 45: Family Dinners
Family meals are one of my favorite family activities.
He was blocking Mayer from being in the picture.
Day 46: Play Ball!
They will play basketball anywhere! The latest place is in the bathroom with me in the mornings. I like it because I know where they are and what they are doing while I'm trying to get ready; but at the same time, it gets rather cramped in there!
This was also Mayer's last full day of coming to work with me every day. Even though there often heavy machinery being used, it seems so quiet now without him!
Our local historic theater had their marquee lights on Wednesday on my way home from work. I thought the picture turned out pretty good. I was waiting at a stop sign and snapped the shot through my windshield.
Day 47: Another Use
Obviously it's been a while since it was used; Michael's bike has been in the back of the shop at work since last summer. I thought the spiderweb in the spokes looked cool.
Day 48: Family Band
The boys wanted to play band while we were waiting on supper.
